PC Community Main Meeting
7:30 - 10 pm Friday October 7, 2011
Calvary Baptist Church 28924 Ruus Road, Hayward California
The meeting was called to order at 7:38 pm by VP Membership Jan Fagerholm. He encouraged everyone to buy a ticket for the raffle prize. Please print your name legibly. Harold Smith at the ticket table has 3” x 5” cards to write questions for discussion/answers at the end of the Meeting.
Nate introduced himself as a Linux fanatic.
Anyone who wants to renew PCC membership, please see Jan. He also checked that all present had received a newsletter.
The Clubhouse has compacted itself into local meetings largely for the purpose of refurbishing computers. Kudos and applause for the Clubhouse Crew, who recycled equipment when cleaning out and added $800 to the PCC coffers. We are still looking for a permanent new home where equipment can stored while in the process of getting recycled.
We need someone who is willing to spend a few hours a month engaging in public relations/ publicity for PCC.
