PC Community Executive Committee Meeting
November 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.

The Meeting was called to order at 2:20 pm.
The October minutes were approved as distributed.
Members present: Bayle Emlein, Jan Fagerholm , Chuck Horner, George Kornbluth, Steve Burton. Absent: Diane George, Sally Holt, Sid Jordan, Elsie Smith.
Old Business:
New member Steve Burton expressed an interest in developing a promotional YouTube video. He has found potential volunteers at Ohlone College to help with production. The first step would be a static page to distribute to local community TV stations. A You Tube presentation could follow. Jan will find the old PCC promotional tapes so they can be used as a foundation.
George Kornbluth is gathering documentation to address renewal of 501 (c) (3) status. Until the renewal is complete, PCC will be able to use the Calvary Baptist Church 501 (c) (3) tax ID. Eventually the church may have an E-Waste fair.
George is still working on contacting Weird Stuff.
Chuck is working on coordinating space with Hayward Adult School.

President's Report — Chuck Horner: Chuck will contact the principal of Hayward Adult School regarding a memo of joint understanding to re-establish a PCC space at the school. Chuck will check with Sid regarding his vision and plans for refurbishing.

VP Clubhouse --- Sid Jordan: No report. Steve wonders if the Hayward or Fremont senior center would be amenable to becoming the Clubhouse site. Also, he suggested projects involving building computers from donated parts.
Raffle Prize:
November: Adata 64 GB flash drive.
New Business:
Steve brought up refocusing on modern technology. For example, change from PC Computer to PC Computing. He suggested Meet-ups and will bring information.
