This month, we look at security issues that are NOT on your computer. We'll see a feature that many law enforcement departments are implementing across the country, including those of Hayward, Fremont, San Leandro and many others. The service is Nixle, and they provide crime watch information that can be sent to you via e-mail or SMS (wireless phone text messaging).
