The Meeting was called to order at 2:13 p.m.

The July minutes were approved as distributed.

Old Business: Chuck will check with his son Aaron about working with Sally in developing a promotional YouTube video.

Did we answer Sally's question about what publicity information the possible publicity VP would distribute around town now that we have no paper newsletter? Chuck will make business cards.

President's Report - Chuck Horner: Chuck reports that Hayward Adult School has a new principal again this year.
