The meeting was called to order at 2:02 pm. Members present: Bayle Emlein, Jan Fagerholm, Chuck Horner, George Kornbluth. Absent: Diane George, Sid Jordan, Elsie Smith.

The minutes of the February meeting were approved.

Old Business: Chuck will check with Aaron later today about the promotional YouTube video.

George is working on both the State and Federal 501 © (3) renewal forms to reinstate our active status.

George will contact WeirdStuff soon.

President's Report: - Chuck Horner:

Chuck is maintaining conversations with the president of the reformatted Hayward Adult School, renamed The Hayward Center for Education and Careers.

Treasurer - George Kornbluth:

As of March 22, 2014 the Checking Account balance is $765.88. The Savings Account has $400.

George and Lola Hunter are keeping a log of Raffle Income at each Main Meeting.

VP Membership - Jan Fagerholm:

Membership is 37, with 20 Regular Members, 3 Associates, and 14 Seniors.

Webmaster - Diane George:

Diane has renewed the domain name for a year, at a cost of $10.

Secretary - Bayle Emlein: Nothing special to report.

Programs:

Scams? Smartphones? Community safety apps?

Fund Raiser:

April: G. Skill Micro 32 GB, class 10 SDHC Memory Card and adapter.

VP Clubhouse Report - Sid Jordan:

No report. Chuck will follow up with Sid regarding updates with Microsoft.

VP Marketing - Vacant:
