PC Clubhouse Executive Committee Meeting
November 21, 2015

The meeting was called to order at 2:02 pm. Members present: Bayle Emlein, Chuck Horner, George Kornbluth. Absent: Jan Fagerholm, Diane George, Sid Jordan.
The minutes of the October meeting were approved.
Old Business: George Kornbluth will pursue re-establishing our relationship with Weird Stuff and also explore contacting other businesses.
Chuck will contact the Clubhouse crew to find out what their interest in re-establishing a formal Clubhouse facility.

Chuck will not be at the Main Meeting on December 4.

Programs:
Members present at the December 4 meeting will have the opportunity to vote for the 2016 PCC Board of Directors. An unaffiliated volunteer was enlisted to randomize the names in a blind selection for the ballot.
Attendee interest in presentation topics will be surveyed.
Fund Raiser: Stay tuned. See the Electronic Newsletter the first week of December.
New Business:
It was moved, seconded and unanimously approved that APCUG Rep Diane George be directed to renew our membership and submit her request for reimbursement.
It was moved, seconded and unanimously approved that the January Main Meeting be moved to the 2nd Friday: January 8, 2016.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:40 pm.
