The meeting was called to order at 2:12 pm by President Chuck Horner.

Clancy Priest, City of Hayward - Technology Director, will present AccessHayward.com, the web-based Citizen Response Management (CRM) system. He will present this community access solution and solicit input about improving the site. Take a peek at accesshayward.com and see what you think of it and come ready to ask questions and make suggestions for improvement.
Diane will present a bit more about our pcc.org website which is now a web-based Content Management System (CMS) built on the open source Joomla.
VP Special Projects-Bayle Emlein: Elsie is looking for ergonomic solutions to trackball placement to stop the reach and pain.
Webmaster-Diane George: Diane asked for and received permission to send out bulk email announcements regarding meetings and other PCC information. SIG leaders can send out information to groups.
Calendar: See the website for the latest updates and changes in SIG meetings.
Arleen Ong has volunteered to update the Clubhouse section of the Website.
Diane has volunteered to conduct a Joomla training sessions.
Fund Raiser: Stay tuned.
New Business: The main meeting will be moved to the Chapel Building, which is warmer, has WiFi, and the chairs need not be put away.
