The meeting was called to order at 2:13 pm by President Chuck Horner.
Members present: Bayle Emlein, Jan Fagerholm, Chuck Horner, Sid Jordan, Elsie Smith, Tom Smith. Absent: Diane George
The minutes of the January meeting were approved.
Old Business: None.
President's Report - Chuck Horner: Chuck was pleased with the way the last Main Meeting went, with both the presentation and the meeting room itself.
Chuck is going to build a box to hold refreshment supplies and to use as a projector stand. Tom reported that George Kornbluth had bought one coffee pot for the last Main Meeting. Chuck suggested another for decaffeinated coffee. Another for hot water was suggested. George agreed to get another pot. He will also get instant decaf to go with the hot water for tea, chocolate, etc. It was moved, seconded and unanimously approved that George get the additional coffee pot by the next main meeting.
Executive Vice President - Position open.

The Executive Committee discussed the need for insurance for the new Main Meeting venue. Chuck will check to find out what, if anything, is needed.
Secretary - Bayle Emlein: Nothing special to report.
VP Clubhouse - Sid Jordan: Effective March 15, 2010, Hayward Adult School will not have Saturday classes. This schedule will continue through May 29. The PC Clubhouse will be open only on those Saturdays that Traffic School is in session as listed below:

It was agreed by the Clubhouse personnel that if the school approves, the Clubhouse will be open on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6 PM to 9 PM the week before a closed Saturday. This will compensate for the loss of Saturdays.

The database has been acting up again. With the renewals just brought in from the Clubhouse, the membership is actually over 100.
