PC Community Executive Committee Meeting
October 16, 2010, at 2 p.m.
28924 Ruus Road, Hayward California
The meeting was called to order at 2:16 pm by President Chuck Horner.
Members present: Bayle Emlein, Jan Fagerholm, Diane George, Chuck Horner, Sid Jordan, Elsie Smith, Tom Smith.
The minutes of the September meeting were approved.
Old Business:
We need people who can manage the doorprizes and perform various publicity tasks such as distributing newsletters.
President's Report - Chuck Horner:
Chuck will miss the November Main Meeting. Jan Fagerholm will run the meeting.
Executive Vice President - Position open.
Treasurer - Tom Smith:
As of Saturday, October 16, 2010:
$ Checking account $2,730.19
$ CD $3,368.22
$ Total 6,098.41
When he gets an invoice, the Treasurer will send in the APCUG membership.
Secretary - Bayle Emlein:
Bayle will miss the November Main Meeting. Will take notes.
VP Clubhouse - Sid Jordan:
The Clubhouse will open at 8:30 am and close at 1 pm on Saturdays except when there is a three-day weekend at Hayward Adult School. The
Wednesday hours are 4-7 pm.
Bayle will develop a sticker identifying computers refurbished by the Clubhouse.
VP Marketing – Position open.
Volunteers needed.

Member count as of 10/16/2010.
Jan thinks that the membership database is current and accurate.

New Business:
Tom has mailed the 501 (c) (3) postcard back to the IRS.
Diane provided training to the EC on how to use the web site to update pages or the calendar.
