The meeting was called to order at 2:12 p.m. by President Chuck Horner. Members present: Bayle Emlein, Jan Fagerholm, Diane George, Sally Holt, Chuck Horner, Sid Jordan, Elsie Smith, Tom Smith.
The minutes of the January 2012 meeting were approved.
Old Business: Diane will take on the responsibility of creating a new membership form as an interactive PDF.
President's Report: Chuck Horner: We still need a space for the Clubhouse.
Chuck is working on more business cards and a sign-in sheet for the main meeting to maintain current email addresses.
Executive Vice President: Sally Holt: No report.

We can ask members to verify their email addresses as they sign in at the main meeting to keep the database current. The current method of printing the Newsletter, by member Chris Yager, is still the most cost-effective option.

Elsie wondered how to address the issue of people attending main meetings and/or SIG meetings long after their membership has expired. One solution is to maintain a sign-in sheet at each SIG. Elsie will follow up via mail when she notices lapsed members.
