The meeting was called to order at 2:43 p.m. by President Chuck Horner.
Members present: Bayle Emlein, Jan Fagerholm, Sid Jordan, Elsie Smith, Tom Smith. Absent: Diane George.
The minutes of the September 2012 meeting were approved.
Old Business:

President's Report: Chuck Horner
Chuck discussed the need for a permanent, publicly accessible Clubhouse space. He will pursue reinstituting access to the previous space at Hayward Adult School. Sally reports that a meeting planned to discuss proposed use of Kennedy Park is scheduled for November 14. There is potential for a Clubhouse as this space is developed. Chuck will follow up.
Clubhouse Crew participants do not maintain current membership in PCC.

The membership is dwindling, consequently PCC is running out of money. We need to have a serious discussion about the future of PCC. The original purpose of PCC has been superseded as technology becomes more accessible to a wider population.
